How do we source and monitor coaching quality and consistency?
All coaches go through a thorough assessment before joining the Unboxed Academy of Coaches. When selecting a peer group facilitating coach, there are several key criteria we consider to ensure we find the right fit for the peer group programme including experience and qualifications, coaching approach, chemistry and rapport and communication style.
How do our coaches and community typically interact and support?
All sessions are confidential, psychologically safe, in-person, and held at a mutually convenient and professional meeting venue. Agendas are flexible, and cohort members will be encouraged to bring issues/topics/ideas for discussion at each session. The coach ensures that learning will be constantly reinforced through peer-to-peer accountability. Members then have access to their coach online via the Unboxed Community platform or telephone in between sessions.
The fundamental and intrinsic power of the Unboxed Community is that each member not only benefits from an experienced coach but also insightful and highly relevant mentoring from each of their fellow cohort members.
